Combo Plan Administrator

SC International is looking for a Defined Benefit Cash Balance Combo Plan Administrator. This opportunity offers incredible flexibility with in-office, remote, or a hybrid work as possibilities. The ability to work with a team and communicate with clients effectively is essential.

Job responsibilities include:
-Valuation of traditional and cash balance defined benefit plans
-Valuation of DB/DC combination plans (DC plans typically cross-tested)
-Preparation of Form 5500 filings
-Preparation of AFTAP certifications for Enrolled Actuary
-Completion of PBGC Comprehensive Filing for plans covered under Title IV of ERISA
-Preparation of benefit packages for terminated participants
-Review of plan documents and amendments prepared by our plan document department
-Communication with clients and answering their questions
-Terminating plans
-Tracking work with Pension Pro Workflow
-ASPPA QPA and/or CPC designations valuable although not required
-Knowledge of ASC valuation system or ability to learn it quickly
-Working with a team of 5-6 employees who handle DB plans
-Attending monthly full staff meetings online
