Consulting client with solid culture and working environment looking to add an Actuarial Analyst to their growing health practice. Ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of health experience along with a couple actuarial exams passed. Ideal candidate will come out of another consulting firm environment, but willing to consider candidates out of an insurance carrier as well. Job would ideally be based in Atlanta area, but also open to a remote arrangement.

Work will include: support of lead consultant to manage all aspects of client deliverables. Projects could include: financial position/utilization reports, annual reports, income and expense projections, contribution and premium equivalent rates including COBRA rates, employer and employee contribution rates, plan communications including summary plan descriptions and notice of plan changes, retiree medical valuations with cross over to pension actuaries, IBNR and accumulated eligibility liability calculations, Medicare Part D attestations, renewal assessments from vendors.
