Actuarial Analyst - Pension-8355
Client looking to add an experienced Actuarial Analyst to their staff. Must have at least 2+ years of relevant pension actuarial experience and knowing ProVal would be a big plus. Job will prepare annual actuarial valuations and applicable benefit statements. This process includes data reconciliation, asset reconciliation, updating plan features and actuarial assumptions. Determine accounting assets and liabilities and completes basic applicable accounting expense reports and disclosures. Completes government filings. Completes benefit calculations. Completes cost estimates for proposed assumption or plan changes when applicable. Provides pension information requested by accountants in connection with pension plan audits. May participate in special client or company related projects. Ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of prior pension experience.
