Consulting client that deals heavily within the small plan space looking to add an experienced Actuarial Analyst to their growing practice. Ideally, this person would have experience with small plans that are cross tested with DC plans for nondiscrimination testing. Would like to find someone who can work on these plans from start to finish and who has interest in taking actuarial exams.
Duties:
Work primarily on cases in the 1-50 life range with some potentially in the 100-1000 life range.
These are cash balance, DB/DC combo and tax shelter plans for the most part.
Involved with day to day work soup to nuts.
Low level consulting responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience.
Small plan experience a big plus but not a requirement. Willing to entertain applicants looking to learn and be trained in the small plan space.
Pursuing actuarial exams is preferred, but not a requirement but will be supported if interested in continuing.
401K administration experience a bonus.
