Growing boutique actuarial consulting firm specializing in small to mid size pension plans looking to potentially add to their staff. Most plans are either Cash Balance, DB/DC combo plans and/or traditional DB and DC plans. This would be a junior level job with a lot of upside. Work could handle actuarial and administration of small DB/DC plans in a TPA firm setting. Prepare valuations, 5500 Forms, benefit statements and other client deliverables. Compliance and non-discrimination testing. Plan documents, preparation of documents, amendments and related materials. Manage diverse caseload, will work with clients, and handle plan design and administration issues. Can mold the position around the individual.
