Insurance Company in the Midwest has needs for Actuarial Analysts or Senior Actuarial Analysts within the Financial Reporting Department.

Responsibilities:
Analyze Annuity and Life Insurance products
Assist in preparation of financial reports, memorandums and other required actuarial supporting analyses including: new product and filings and rollouts, product management actions, requests from external auditors, state regulators and rating agencies
Valuation and reserves management, US GAAP reporting, IFRS 17 reporting
Handle parent company requests and requirements
Assist with pricing, projection or valuation assumptions
Hedging the company's investments
Design Actuarial modeling techniques using an Actuarial projection software
Communicate actuarial results to cross functional departments

Requirements:
0-5 years of Actuarial experience; with exam progress
Experience using Excel, VBA and/or other programming languages
Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related field
Actuarial Internship is preferred
Leadership experience preferred
