Required:

A college degree
ACAS or FCAS with 6+ years of experience in reserving, with experience in workers compensation and/or medical professional liability
Experience presenting results to various stakeholders
Experience handling multiple projects and multi-tasking, including delegation

Desired:

Programming experience in R, Python, or SQL
Experience with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience reviewing insurance company financial statements and NAIC Annual Statements
Experience reviewing medical professional liability rate filings
Ratemaking experience
