Smaller retirement and benefits consulting firm experiencing significant growth looking to add an experienced Pension Actuary to their staff.
Duties:
Check and review work and catch mistakes while also willing to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty with work from soup to nuts.
Must be able to run a case from start to finish ideally
Client facing skills to interact with clients from the get go.
Opportunity exists to grow and advance at a rapid pace.
Work entails small to mid plans with heavy emphasis on Cash Balance, traditional DB and DB/DC combo plans.
Plan sizes from 1-2000 participants.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of relevant DB pension actuarial experience with 4-10 years the sweet spot.
ASA and/or EA....one or the other and working on what's left.
Consulting firm experience would also be preferred.
