Duties:
Consultant will work directly with senior actuaries to provide a full range of actuarial consulting services for all types of retirement and OPEB plans including: Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, Pension Equity, 401K, 401M, Profit Sharing, Non-Qualified, and Retiree Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Plans.
Looking for a long term full time person to eventually become an equity partner and company leader for next 15-20+ years.
Due to the size of the firm, this person must continue to be involved in all aspects of the work. Must be strong technically, have client facing capabilities and be able to function autonomously.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years Pension/OPEB consulting firm experience with outstanding technical skills.
FSA or near FSA with a commitment to complete.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with business development, project management, and client management.
ProVal experience a plus.
