Client looking to add a Defined Benefit Administrator and/or Actuarial Analyst to their growing team. This role can be fully remote or located in a Midwest office in a hybrid capacity. This person would have the opportunity to work on the easiest of DB plans (one man plans) and learn more as time goes on. Want someone who knows how to run DB plans and do the calculations. Ideally they would have Datair experience.

Ideal Candidate has:
· At least 2 years of small DB/CB retirement plan experience
· Experience calculating accrued benefits, 415 limits and PVAB’s
· A proven track record of accurately and efficiently performing valuation work
· Strong working knowledge of IRS & DOL regulations, requirements, and filings
· Ability to analyze plan documents
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
· Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to handle duties with confidentiality and extreme professionalism
· Working knowledge and experience with Datair software is a plus
