DB Client Service Team Manager-8501
Client experiencing significant growth looking to add a Defined Benefit Client Service Team Manager to their Administration Group. Primary responsibility will be providing day to day management of a team of associates that perform defined benefit administration services to various clients. Will also have overall responsibility for the client relationships on a book of clients.
Manage associates on team
Act as a technical resource and Defined Benefit expert.
Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements based on new regulatory changes and/or procedural enhancements.
Work closely with senior management.
Provide fee estimate quotes on special projects
5+ years in the Defined Benefit Administration industry with 1-3 years of leadership/management experience
Strong team and client management skills
Deep understanding of DB processes and tools.
Must be technically inclined with application experience and aptitude in Excel, Word and Access
Strong project management skills
