DB Plan Consulting Assistant - Remote - 10041
Client looking for someone to assist Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC's) with the administration of retirement plans. Aid RPCs with maintaining plan records and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Help with preparation of valuation reports, non-discrimination testing, government filings, benefit distributions and plan terminations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience. Less experience may be required with additional education, training, or certification.
Proven administrative skills and basic industry knowledge. Small plan experience would be a plus.
Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
Aptitude for learning new software systems quickly.
