Client looking to add a Defined Benefit Plan Administrator to their growing practice.
Duties:
Provide pension administration and guidance to clients
· Prepare benefit calculations, data updates, and assist with valuations
· Interpret pension plan documents along with general retirement plan regulations
· Assist with special projects such as plan terminations, lump sum windows, and plan freezes, especially with regard to software-related components
· Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, programming and non-pension business units
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite of products
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Experience working with defined benefit software preferred
· Experience with defined benefit administration preferred
