The function of a recruiter:
· Assist client employers in sourcing out the best available professional level candidates.
· Develop as a full-service top-level executive search recruiter in the art of relationship building and counseling.
· Building your own business within our business. We all work together as a team, but independent abilities are essential.
Required:
· College Degree
· Sales experience or strong Sales Aptitude is essential.
· Proficient in data mining and computer skills.
· Able to communicate well, written and verbal.
· Local candidates only. No relocation assistance.

Compensation: Base salary, Commission, Bonus, benefits equating to potential exceeding $35,000-$50,000 first year and growing from there.
