Health and Welfare Consultant-9027
Rapidly growing consulting firm looking to add a mid-level health and welfare consultant to their practice. Firm offers work/life balance and good working environment. Duties include:
Foster client relationships, performing daily project management in addition to ongoing outreach and management of client requests and deliverables and vendor relations
Perform and review technical analysis such as actuarial projections and reserve liabilities (including IBNR), network disruption, and vendor procurements
Help lead client meetings; demonstrate expertise in actuarial/financial principles while clearly articulating key takeaways to stakeholders, including client leaders and board members
Further enhance the technical/actuarial expertise of the firm, through associate mentorship and modeling tool development
Initiate and further develop professional relationships to expand growth and further entrench firm's value to clients
Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant health and welfare actuarial experience. Achievement of actuarial credentials or demonstration of actuarial exam progress is preferred, but not required for this position. This position is a full-time position and is eligible for full benefits offered, including 100% company paid employee health, a defined benefit pension plan and paid time off.
