Niche firm that deals in the public sector looking to bring on retirement actuarial talent to their growing staff. Would like to see at least 4+ years of pension experience. Public sector experience a plus, but not a requirement. Must have strong technical skills, along with Pension and OPEB experience. Job is quite flexible as it could be a 4-10 year type who can come in and help backfill and lighten the load of the senior actuaries or it could also be a 10-20 year type who can come in and function as a senior manager handling clients and managing staff. The job and role will ultimately be dictated by the candidate's abilities. Must have an interest in working within the public sector and must be capable of doing significant consulting within 5 years.
