Retirement Plan Analyst-8810
Corporate benefits group looking to add a Retirement Plan Analyst to their team in order to support the day to day operations and overall administration for the companies defined contribution, defined benefit, and supplemental retirement programs. This role will support the overall retirement plan strategy and administration by providing analysis on the retirement plans and executing plan compliance activities including plan filings, NDT, SARs, 5500s, 11ks, PBGC premium payments, etc.
Partner with various divisions to ensure that all retirement plans are accurately administered in accordance with plan documents and various regulations.
Oversee savings plans' funding contributions.
Execute mid-year and annual non discrimination testing.
Provide direction on plan design changes.
Coordinate annual profit sharing contribution
Help with the overall administration of defined benefit plans.
Help out with all required ERISA plan audits.
Lead administration of non-qualified plans, including SERP.
Help design and deliver participant education and communication materials.
Prepare and submit benefit plan filings and reports for DC and DB plans.
Resolve issues that arise with recordkeepers, plan actuaries, payroll vendors and anyone in connection with plad administration.
Review and process payments for all retirement plan vendor invoices.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in retirement plan administration. 401K - DC experience is a must as most of the role and position will involve this type of work.
Knowledge of all pertinent federal regulations
Plan audit experience and non-discrimination testing.
Excellent communication skills
