Senior Associate/Consultant - Pension-8657
Client looking for an experienced retirement actuary whose interested in broadening their career. Flexiblity depending on candidate background and skill sets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide actuarial services and consulting advice to clients regarding their benefit programs.
Emphasis on defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
Opportunity to expand consulting exposure outside of just traditional retirement work. Will also have exposure and the ability to work in health and welfare as well as various global issues.
Lead consulting projects and manage projects at a high level.
Contribute to people management and development in the office.
Reviewing and managing pension valuations
Plan terminations, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, plan amendments and plan design work.
4-12 years of relevant pension actuarial experience from a pension and/or benefits consulting firm.
Credentials are a plus but at least must be making progress with the exams.
Knowledgeable in benefit program design, legislative, account and regulatory requirements.
