Solid client facing experience. In collaboration with an Account Executive, will prepare presentations and meet with clients for pre-renewal and renewal meetings as well as directing vendor selections, and various special projects. Will prepare financial reports, assess risk, and participate in financial recommendations. The Account Manager will develop and analyze RFPs, trouble-shoot claims issues, review SPDS and other contracts/booklets for accuracy, and provide assistance with various compliance and HR-related issues. Account Managers will strategize and coordinate benefits implementations and create communication strategies for clients. Solid Health and Welfare experience with mid-size clients (200-5,000 lives) Will work with clients on employee health and welfare benefits including fully insured, self-funded or alternate funding plans. Experience should include prior project management experience in the RFP processes, benefit implementations, and renewals.
