What inspired you to join the team here?
I saw an opportunity to join a team of people who worked cohesively and helped one another grow. I felt like I had a path to learn from the industries best and help better my skills in every way personally and professionally.
What do you think sets you apart in your field?
My ability to connect to a multitude of different people. I am very adaptable and put the largest emphasis on listening.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy anything relating to sports. Participating, watching, betting and just enjoying many different sports.
What is something surprising that not many people know about you?
I was born in Russia and came to America at 10 months old. Being an American is something I am very proud of, and thankful for.
What do you think our biggest challenges and opportunities are?
Adapting to the changing needs of both clients and candidates. Trying to anticipate the point where both intersect and being in a position to be a positive resource to fit both sides needs simultaneously.
What industry changes or trends do you think will have the biggest impact?
The development of AI. I think as AI evolves, it will change the way the human element impacts business and the different processes of recruiting.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
Alaska. I would love to study and swim with Orcas. I find orcas to be fascinating animals, and some of the most intelligent and misunderstood creatures we have!
If you could pick any superpower, what would it be?
The ability to pause time.
How do you prefer to collaborate with partners?
I prefer to be adaptable to each specific need. Whatever avenue allows for open and honest communication.
What tips or advice would you give someone starting a new job?
Ask questions. Find an aspect of your new role that you may not feel comfortable in, and dive in. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. That is where growth spawns from.
