Our client is a boutique actuarial consulting firm that specializes in employee benefits consulting in the multiemployer space. They are looking for a Senior Health Consultant who can help lead their health practice. This person will oversee client relationships, technical consulting, staff development, operations, and business development. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the practice.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in group health consulting. Credentials are not required, but an ASA/FSA would be a plus. Previous experience with multiemployer is also a plus. This role will be hybrid in the Philadelphia area.
